Carpet Bowling is very similar to lawn bowling. We have a carpet instead of a lawn! The object of the game is to put your bowl as close as possible to the 'jack' ... a small white ball. Yes, the jack sometimes moves.
Joan Best is our instructor and she is a wonderful teacher.
We find we laugh a lot during this game, have lots of fun, and the exercise you get is a bonus.

We Carpet Bowl on Monday and Thursday at 1:00 pm. We make up teams of two or three persons on each team. New comers are welcome. Age is not an issue ... we have members aged 60 to 89.
