This super easy recipe was given to me by my friend, Barb Stark, hence the name…
10-12 boneless chicken thighs, cut in half
1 jar (12 oz.) Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce (I use my own homemade)
1 bottle Kraft Catalina dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Set slow cooker on low.
Combine dressing, sauce and soup mix thoroughly and pour over chicken in cooker.
Cook for 6-7 hours. Spoon the chicken and the resulting sauce over smashed potatoes. Serves 4 to 6 people with a crusty loaf and a hearty salad to sop up the excess sauce. Absolutely yummy!!
P.S. the makings for the sauce can easily be cut in half to serve 2 people or doubled to serve a crowd. Very flexible!
